IMCR Director Ken Sato, Professor of Molecular Traffic, has received the 27th Kihara Memorial Yokohama Foundation Academic Award. This award is presented by Kihara Memorial Yokohama foundation to prominent researchers’ original excellent researches in life sciences. Professor Sato won this award in recognition of the achievements in his research on “Discovery of intracellular organelle remodeling systems during fertilization”.
The award ceremony was held on September 17, 2019 at Jobun Hall, Yokohama Information Cultural Center.
